Fifty years
ago today
that is one half of a century and a whole
different world away at twenty-six years of age I lay prostrate in the
Sanctuary of the Holy Name Church West Roxbury and was consecrated a
priest of God
one of seventy young men who began their journey of faith on that snowy
day.
