The «Census
of Ireland, 1911» at the «National Archives of Ireland»
The
1901 and 1911 censuses are the only surviving full censuses of Ireland
open to the public. Both censuses cover the island of Ireland. The 1911
census was taken on 2 April 1911. The records for 1911 are
being digitised first, then those for 1901. The order in which counties
will be made available, starting in December 2007, with 1911, is:
